Ford Teases the 2021 Mustang Mach 1

2021 Mustang Mach 1 | Brownsville, TX

The Ford Mustang Mach 1 fastback coupe is gearing up for a 2021 release after a 17-year absence, generating excitement among fans of high-performance, high-speed, and high-thrill sports cars around the globe. The all-new 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 will offer the signature muscle, speed, and power of the model in a bold and stylish exterior.

The power of the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 comes from its uniquely-calibrated 5.0-liter V8 engine, which is projected to produce 480 horsepower at 7,000 RPM along with 420 lb-ft of torque at 4,600 RPM.

Drivers can choose between two transmission options. The 2021 Mach 1 comes standard with a Tremec™ 3160 6-speed manual transmission taken from the Shelby GT350. If you want a wider range of gears to play with, opt for the 10-speed SelectShift™ automatic transmission, which utilizes a second air-to-oil cooler to raise cooling capacity by 75 percent.

The revamped styling of the 2021 Mustang Mach 1 upgrades its aesthetics as well as its aerodynamics and cooling. The new front fascia and grille elevate the look of the Mustang while making for less wind resistance and improving the cooling function.

The 2021 Mach 1’s 50-year heritage is celebrated in its new styling, which sports low-gloss accents in both magnetic and black to go along with reflective stripes across the hood and side-body.

The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 will be unleashed at Tipton Ford early next year. They won’t last long, so be sure to reserve yours today!
